This Gallery features images of nature and locations of artistic interest. From macro to a wider sense of perspective, these photographs all offer something of a more impressionistic view of the world. The locations hark from Scotland, Africa, and the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary. All of which I heartily recommend a visit. The wildlife here is truly wild, for example a fleet-footed South African gemsbok photographed from above (!). Plants also make an appearance; where would we be without the beauty and inspiration of plants?

In this Gallery my images home in on the artistic qualities of the subject, and I seek to capture and communicate an atmosphere, a vibe, an emotion, be it by the colour, light, shape, form, or movement of the focal point. Sometimes challenging. Hopefully thought-provoking. Possibly inspiring.
