The exhibition is visiting Edinburgh on its European debut, on release from Australian Museum.
The Tyrannosaurs exhibition features interactive games, augmented reality, life models (including Guanlong), a life-cast of the largest T. rex skeleton named Scotty, skull casts, and real tyrannosaur fossils (from the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, USA) – some of the earliest to be discovered. Visitors can explore the history, diversity, and ecology of this most enigmatic family of dinosaur, including Tyrannosaurus rex, the largest, and last, of the predatory, carnivorous theropod dinosaurs.
