Whilst Ray Harryhausen movie, One Million Years BC, is best known for the animated dinosaurs, and Raquel Welch, the movie does feature a real warthog chasing a caveman. I know that including this is a bit of a cheat - because it is not a Harryhausen creature... but a creature that appears in a Harryhausen film.
