The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (1958)/Clash of the Titans (1981)
Apparently, Ray Harryhausen's movie-making partner, Charles Schneer, didn't like snakes, so they were written out of a number of Ray's storyboards, but he did get snakes in to great (scarey) effect with the Medusa in Ray Harryhausen's final movie, Clash of the Titans. There was also the snake woman (snakewoman) in The 7th Voyage of Sinbad.
