Dunvegan Castle

A prisoner's eye view. From the depths of Dunvegan Castle. The origin of the castle lies with the Clan MacLeod in the 13th Century. It houses the Fairy Flag, a threadbare piece of 14th Century cloth that, legend has it, would bring victory to the MacLeod clan in battle. Dunvegan Castle remains the seat and home of the chiefs of the Clan MacLeod.
